Skating is a skill that needs to be mastered and then improved. It requires a high level of focus on movements and maintaining body balance. Due to various movement structures (numerous stops, accelerations and decelerations, skating in different directions), skating has a significant impact on the development of motor skills in children and participants. It represents a fun activity, which often includes socialization and outdoor time, contributing to a sense of satisfaction.

Organized as a collective activity – group work. There is no age limit for when a child or any other person wants to learn to skate unless we are talking about early specialization for involving children in high-level training and sports. In principle, there is no category of children or adults for whom it is not recommended for health reasons. Due to the effect of cold air, staying on the ice improves thermoregulatory processes in the body and strengthens immunity in children. Children become more resistant to colds, reducing cases of pneumonia and acute respiratory infections. It is especially recommended for people with asthma.

The main goal of the skating school training is to enable children to independently and safely stay on the ice surface, master basic steps and movements on the ice, and acquire an excellent foundation for other ice sports such as figure skating, speed skating, or hockey. The school is also intended for more advanced beginners who wish to master the basic elements of figure skating.
