BODY FIT

Moderate-intensity program

BODY FIT

The program includes all components of fitness with a focus on stretching, flexibility, and muscle toning exercises. Through regular exercise, the body becomes more limber, joints become more mobile, and muscles become more flexible and elastic.

BODY FIT

The program is of moderate intensity and is tailored to a group that trains with modified exercises and loads suitable for new members who are gradually getting into shape. A wide range of props is used during the training sessions, such as Pilates bands, balls, hand and leg weights, resistance bands, and sticks, to further engage the muscles and achieve optimal results in a very short time.

BODY FIT

The program is designed and intended for beginner exercisers as well as active individuals who want to further tone and shape their muscles, improve flexibility and mobility, and enhance their overall physical condition.

Duration – 60 min.
The first 20 minutes of the training are conducted on cardio equipment in the gym or in the Spinning room.
The remaining 40 minutes of the training take place in the RC Hall.

PILATES

Moderate-intensity program




A popular body shaping method through unique stretching and strength exercises. Pilates strengthens and sculpts muscles, corrects body posture, provides flexibility, and contributes to balance. The monthly program is conducted in group sessions. Up to 400 calories can be burned during a single training session.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a unique and revolutionary fitness program that combines music, dance steps, and choreography, setting it apart from traditional aerobic programs. The combination of music, steps, and choreography creates a special, new, and dynamic fitness experience. You don’t need to know how to dance, and you don’t require prior experience in dancing or exercising. All you need is a positive attitude and willingness to participate!

BODY WORKOUT

Moderate-intensity program

This is a full-body workout that consists of cardio exercises and strength training. Through this training, you will build muscles, increase strength, burn fat deposits, and improve motor skills and flexibility. The workout lasts for one hour and includes a warm-up, main part, floor exercises, and stretching exercises. Various props are used during the training to enhance the effectiveness of the exercises. The exercises are adapted to different fitness levels, making the training suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

CARDIO CORE GLUTEUS

Moderate-intensity program




A combination of cardio training and isolated muscle group exercises (glutes and abdomen). The program is designed for both beginners and advanced exercisers. The first part of the training is conducted on cardio equipment, aiming to improve overall physical condition, while the second part of the training focuses on exercises that specifically strengthen and shape the muscles of the seated and abdominal regions.

Duration – 60 min.
The first 20 minutes of the training are conducted on cardio equipment in the Spinning room.
The remaining 40 minutes of the training take place in the RC Hall.


STEP WORKOUT

Moderate-intensity program






Duration – 60 min.
The first part of the training includes choreography on steppers, in the second part anaerobic exercise.

This program is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes aiming to improve their fitness and other motor skills. The program contributes to harmonious body shaping, strengthening, toning, and improving the flexibility of all muscle groups. This type of group exercise is characterized by the use of the main and key equipment called a “stepper“ (step bench).



EXTREME BODY SHAPE

The program is designed for experienced exercisers and anyone who aspires to become one, catering equally to women and men.

EXTREME BODY SHAPE

It shapes, tones, and strengthens the muscles of the entire body. If you desire sculpted shoulders, firm chest, defined biceps and triceps, toned legs, tight abs, and a stable back, then this program is specifically designed for you!

TAE-BO

High-intensity program



TAE-BO is a high-intensity exercise program that incorporates movements and elements of martial arts. Its key characteristics are high intensity, interesting choreography, and a high calorie-burning potential. The martial arts and boxing elements help develop strength and speed. It was created to improve health, fitness, and endurance. Tae-Bo also includes aerobic exercises, increases flexibility, provides strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning, burns calories, and reduces stress.
Duration – 60 min.
The first part of the training includes choreography with martial arts movements, followed by anaerobic exercises in the second part.

BODY SPINNING

High-intensity program

A program performed on stationary bicycles, primarily designed to achieve maximum energy expenditure. By adjusting the seat, hand positions, and resistance level to maintain a consistent speed, the exerciser can simulate the sensation of outdoor riding. An individual can burn around 600 calories during the 50-minute duration of the training.

The SPINNING training consists of warming up, followed by 40 minutes of moderate and then high-intensity cardiovascular training, cooling down, relaxation, and stretching. The instructor may ask participants to increase resistance on the bicycles and imagine riding uphill in the mountains, or decrease resistance and imagine cycling along a river. Throughout the entire class, participants listen to music that further motivates them.

SYNERGY

High-intensity program




Synergy XM 360“ is the latest training concept in the world that consists of a series of group and circuit exercises, combining aerobic, circuit, interval, and athletic training. It aims to increase muscle mass, fitness, strength, and endurance. Additionally, it helps in reducing body weight.

Duration – 45 ~ 60 min.

TABATA

High-intensity program



Tabata training is a form of high-intensity interval training. This type of training has been proven to yield excellent results in a short period of time. Primarily, it leads to improvements in anaerobic endurance, increased oxygen utilization in the body, as well as an increase in muscle mass and the burning of fat deposits.
Since this is a type of training intended for experienced exercisers, our team has designed and adapted this training to make it accessible to the majority of users of our Taš Fitness programs. Therefore, if you’re not a beginner and you like more intense training, this is the ideal program for you!
