BODY SPINNING
This program is performed on stationary bikes and is primarily designed to achieve maximum energy expenditure. By adjusting the seat, hand positions, and resistance level, the point of maintaining a consistent speed can be simulated, providing the sensation of outdoor cycling. An individual can burn approximately 600 calories during a 50-minute training session.
The SPINNING training consists of a warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of moderate and high-intensity cardiovascular training, and ends with a cool-down, relaxation, and stretching. The instructor may ask participants to increase the resistance on the bikes and imagine cycling uphill in the mountains, or decrease the resistance and imagine cycling alongside a river. Throughout the class, participants listen to music that further motivates them.
BODY SPINNING sessions need to be booked in advance either by phone or in person due to the limited number of available bikes.
