Dear all,

Starting from September 15, we are introducing a new fitness schedule!

The changes apply to the following programs: Yogalates, Yoga, and Body Fit.

The Yogalates program has been discontinued.

Yoga (morning classes): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM.

Yoga (evening classes): Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 PM, Saturday at 8:00 PM.

Body Fit: Every day at 10:00 AM, except Saturday.
