Try our new training – Tabata on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 7 PM!
Tabata training is a form of high-intensity interval training. This type of training has been proven to yield excellent results in a short period of time. Primarily, it leads to improvements in anaerobic endurance, increased oxygen utilization in the body, as well as an increase in muscle mass and the burning of fat deposits.

Since this type of training is intended for experienced exercisers, our team has designed and adapted this training to make it accessible to the majority of users of our Taš Fitness programs. Therefore, if you’re not a beginner and you prefer more intense training, this is the ideal program for you!
